BRIDGE PROGRAM

A Common Language in the Company

In textiles, success comes not from the performance of a single team, but from the alignment of all teams.

Bridge Program is a sector-specific training and workshop program aimed at helping office and production teams understand each other's business realities and develop a common decision-making language.

Bridge Program connects two worlds.

One of the most frequently encountered yet least discussed problems in the textile sector is the disconnect between different teams within the same company. The office doesn't know the language of production; production doesn't see the pressures of the office. This disconnect leads to misunderstandings, unnecessary conflicts, and lost productivity.

Who Is It For?

  • Brands that have offices and work with suppliers
  • Manufacturers with offices in major cities and factories in different locations.

In both structures, office and production teams may have drifted apart physically and mentally. Bridge Program closes this gap.

How Does It Work?

1

Technical Briefing

Each team first receives training independently within their own group. The goal at this stage is to raise the general level of knowledge and awareness.

Training can be delivered digitally/online or on-site depending on needs.

Group 1 — Office Teams

Sales, marketing, purchasing, sustainability, planning, etc.

  • The basic logic and flow of production processes
  • Quality systems and standards
  • Constraints and realities in production
  • How the supply chain works
  • The production counterpart of sustainability standards

Group 2 — Production & Quality Teams

Production, quality, planning, warehouse, technical teams, etc.

  • The basic logic of brand and customer management
  • Sales and marketing processes — how orders come in, what pressures exist
  • Sustainability standards and buyer requirements
  • Product development and collection process
  • Export, logistics, and delivery processes
  • Pricing and cost pressure
2

Mixed Workshop

The two groups come together. They start with ice-breaking exercises where they estimate each other's daily workflow and compare it with reality. Then joint work is carried out on real business scenarios: urgent order management, quality rejection resolution, sustainability audit preparation, new season launch, or scenarios customized for you — teams think together and make decisions together.

What Does It Achieve?

At the end of Bridge Program, teams begin to speak each other's language. The goals are to reduce conflict, increase collaboration, strengthen shared process awareness, and achieve faster alignment at decision points.

In textiles, success comes not from the performance of a single team, but from the alignment of all teams.
